Drive the automation of customer relationships to enhance overall customer experience.
Create and design a user-friendly experience that is aligned with business outcomes.
Focus on delivering a seamless, friendly, and digital-first user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive and engaging customer journey.

Requirements:

Advanced proficiency in English.
Degree in Marketing, User Experience, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
Strong background in design or design software.
Creative mindset with a passion for developing digital user experiences.
