Job Summary• This role is responsible for advising clients on their business challenges and developing sales strategies in collaboration with the account managers leveraging industry and organizational expertise. The role focuses on the organization’s PC services sales growth by identifying growth opportunities, developing business cases through consulting sales, leading contract negotiations, and ensuring seamless customer experience. The role acts on client feedback, works with different areas to develop the projects and proposals and lead the negotitations with the clients.Responsibilities• Utilizes in-depth knowledge of the industry and the organization’s offerings to act as a trusted advisor to the clients.• Builds strong relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and business goals to offer tailored solutions.• Collaborates with pricing teams to establish competitive pricing strategies based on market research and customer feedback.• Utilizes specialized knowledge to identify new customer value opportunities and expand existing ones in collaboration with account managers.• Collaborates with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of strategies.• Leads contract negotiations and pricing discussions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.• Acts upon client feedback in collaboration with internal teams to improve the quality of products or services and strengthen client relationships.• Monitors and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales team performance and identify areas for improvement.• Collaborates with training teams to develop sales training materials and programs, ensuring junior team members are well-equipped with the latest skills and knowledge.• Stays up-to-date with industry best practices, sales techniques, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and provide valuable insights to clients.Education & Experience Recommended• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or a related field.Preferred CertificationsNAKnowledge & Skills• Consulting sales
