Assist in the preparation of financial statement preparation both under US GAAP and Local / IFRS GAAP including the preparation of journal entries, accruals, prepaids and deferrals.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations on monthly and quarterly basis.
Prepare accounting package for outsourcing firms (accounting, taxes and external audits).
Assist in the preparation of regional quarterly tax provision packages.
Create, maintain and generate financial reports in support of Accounting and Operation Support teams.
Manage Controllership POs in Ariba.
Coordinate monthly intercompany settlement cash requests.
Assist with tax compliance deliverables and ensure tax compliance obligations are properly and timely reported.
Assist with Legal, Compliance, Regulatory and Risk deliverables according to requirements.
Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Credit Card Program, Sourcing and Financial Planning teams
Contribute to financial and business objectives from Controllership perspective
Participation in special projects. Identify any potential financial related risk areas and provide sound recommendations and solutions to Visa for mitigation of the identified risk.
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Management.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
