This role will manage the buying process globally for the Software commodity. You will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes. You will establish relationships by building trust with both internal and external stakeholders on all procurement related activities.

As a Lead Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting multiple stakeholders globally in sourcing Software licenses and negotiating new/renewal agreements.
• Initiating requests for quotes, issue purchase orders and manage all related procurement activities.
• Managing relationships with suppliers for PO execution. Manage problems and schedule changes.
• Soliciting and evaluating proposals, leading negotiations on cost and Supplier agreements to achieve best results.
• Managing Supplier risks by identifying, developing, and leading mitigation plans.
• Partnering with Commodity Managers to implement and drive the global commodity strategy.
• Partnering with the business to ensure requirements capture the desired cost, performance, service, and business outcomes.
• Handling communication with colleagues and internal stakeholders on approach and methods for solving complex problems.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma).
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Buying-Procurement, preferably Software.
• Have oral and written communication skills.
• Have fluent English proficiency
• Have interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Have excellent negotiations skills.
• Have experience with supplier agreements.
• Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
• Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Have effective problem identification and solution skills.
• Have proven analytical and organizational ability.
