LEAD DEVELOPER

As part of GTO , Zurich capability Center is Working together to make Zurich the best digital insurer in the world,Delivering high quality support across both technology and business services,   for the Group to our Shared Service capabilities that are consistently aligned across our Center locations.

As  Lead Developer you will:

• Supporting Business Transformation of the company

• Define, design and monitoring of new applications development solutions and functionalities.

• Management of developments and integrations of Cloud Solutions.

• Close Comunication with stakeholders to define processes and new requirements.

• Lead of work teams  (agile methodology)

• Evaluate and detail the effort and scope with the development team.

• Write and document technical requirements.

• Plan and manage development activities

• Analyze and suggest technological trends.

•  Work on problem solving and continuous product improvement, monitoring indicators together with the team.

Your Skills and experience:

• Bachelor´s Degree in Computer Systems or similar

• Advanced English

• 8+ years of experience in Application Development area

• For the last 3 years working as Technical Lead, Coordinator  or similar role in Development area

• Experience in Insurance, Financial Sector (nice to have)

• API services, Web Development, Technologies like .NET,C#, Java, JavaScript.

• Relational (SQL, Oracle, MysQL) and NoSQL Data bases.

• AWS , Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps
