Job title:Intern CollectionYour role:You are responsible on your customer’s account in an E2E perspective, from the daily calls to get the money until the application on his accounts and conciliation. You will work on the last part of the chain and directly with our customers, you will be able to work on understanding our customer’s needs by listening their feedback and work on a solution inside the company. .You're the right fit if:

• Enrolled students of Finance, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration

• Graduation date: December 2025 or later

• Strong communications skills

• Excel intermediate advanced

•  Proactive and organized

•  English intermediate-advanced

• Portuguese is a plus
