As a Talent Management Expert at Zurich, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, nurturing, and retaining top talent. Your mission is to ensure the organization thrives by expertly managing annual talent reviews, crafting strategic succession plans, and fostering leadership growth. This position is central to aligning our talent management practices with Zurich's ambitious goals, empowering both employees and the company to reach new heights.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the annual Talent Review process and succession planning to ensure strategic alignment with Zurich's goals.
- Oversee the retention strategy and development actions for key talents, identifying, designing, and implementing customized programs to develop and retain talent. Ensure alignment with individual career aspirations and organizational goals. Collaborate with department heads to tailor development initiatives that resonate with diverse employee needs and drive engagement.
- Analyze results from competency assessments, develop and execute related actions, and provide guidance on best practices and policies for talent management.
- Drives strategic talent projects to cultivate future capabilities and ensure development focused on emerging talent trends aligned with Zurich's strategy. Initiatives include Future Leadership, Female Acceleration, and comprehensive competency assessments.
- Develop KPIs to measure the success of talent management initiatives and oversee the area's budget to ensure effective resource allocation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Over 4 years of experience in Talent Management (Talent Identification and Retention)
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Understanding of talent review methodologies, including the 9-box grid
- Expertise in succession planning
- Proficient in leadership development
- Experience with competency/talent assessments
