Time served engineer/technician (typically apprenticed). Specific technical skills such as PLC control, programming (robots, multi-axis CNCs etc.), specialist fabrication etc. Operates more complex and more technically demanding processes. Focuses on daily and weekly activities. Performance of multiple activities specific in objective and content but require specific relatively complex technical skills and training to undertake.

The person responsible for preparing chemical mixtures with the description of the established processes, with a high focus on safety and good quality, must be a good proactive leader with a focus on continuous improvement.
