An exciting and meaningful key role within the important and growing Wealth Management segment of Deutsche Bank Luxembourg; managing a team of 5 persons and supporting the coverage teams in Luxembourg and offshore locations (Austria, the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, US MEA and APAC regions) to timely process trading orders, money market transactions and payment instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Team Lead

▪ Subject matter expert international transfers, security transfers, FX trades, and security trades and related inquiries

▪ Capturing, approval and keeping oversight of the daily flow of trades and payments

▪ Coordinate and working closely together with involved departments including Market Coverage, Operations, Cash Management, Treasury, Lending, Risk Management and Compliance Teams

▪ Ensure all interactions adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements, incl storage orders in Deutsche Bank’s banking system

▪ Lead periodic projects with the objective to continuously enhance processes and procedures  

Skills and Qualifications:

▪ Ideally Business, Economics or Finance Degree

▪ At least 5 years of experience of leading a team

▪ Excellent team leadership skills

▪ In-depth banking products knowledge and acquired understanding of bank policies, processes and services

▪ Capability to keep the oversight of the daily flow of trades and payments

▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

▪ Good problem-solving skills, multitasking and attention to detail

▪ Strong teamwork and organizational skills, ability to work under strict deadlines

▪ Positive attitude and dynamic working approach  

▪ Excellent German and English language skills, other languages are an advantage

The successful candidate will be asked to provide a recent criminal record.
