GTI Branch Technology is seeking for an End User Support Agent, to strengthen the team that is responsible as single point of contact for our end users.

Branch Technology (BT), as part of the Bank’s IT department, mainly provides first and second level production services to different clients and business lines across Deutsche Bank. In essence, it oversees all operational aspects of the Bank’s IT assets on both infrastructure and application side.

BT is looking for a Technology Services Analyst who will be joining the IT department and will cover end user related tasks and responsibilities with various interfaces to other areas and topics.

The main focus will be on end user products, such as corporate devices, Microsoft 365 tools, and the responsibility for the support, maintenance and configuration management of the end user environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assume ownership and responsibility for the local end user computing processes.

  • Provide first and second level support directly to our end users and help them  solving software, hardware and other technical issues . You will also have the opportunity to take responsibility for topics or processes and actively participate in new IT projects.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of the IT infrastructure to ensure efficient workflows and proper communication within the team and ensure proper management of all IT assets at the site.

  • Coordinate ITIL related process for all relevant support areas , including Incident, Problem and Change Management. With your eye for detail, you will contribute to the optimization of our service processes and support the further development of internal IT services.

Skills:

  • Proven professional experience in related end user support  processes.

  • Initial previous experiences with ServiceNow as a ticketing system are a plus.

  • Track record of your ability to work collaboratively within a team, to maintain orderly workflows, prioritise skills, and to have a keen sense of urgency or importance of concurrent tasks.

  • Knowledge of Luxemburg regulations and experience in the financial sector is an advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited college or university (or equivalent Diploma) is preferred and/or 3+ years professional experience in IT related areas.

  • Fluent in English and German (written/verbal).

The successful candidate will be asked to present a recent criminal record.
