The main task is to oversee all money market transactions across aforementioned market coverage teams. This involves booking of multi-currency loans and time deposits, as well as dual currency deposits. Executing these orders, you have to coordinate and work closely together with all involved departments including Market coverage, Operations, Cash Management, Treasury, Lending, Risk Management and Compliance. Additionally, you have to calculate yields and margins, complete all necessary checks related to money market transactions, obtain approvals, and store orders in Deutsche Bank’s banking system. You are responsible for executing international transfers, such as payments in various currencies, security transfers, FX trades, and security trades.
Key responsibilities:
An exciting and meaningful role within the important and growing Wealth Management segment of Deutsche Bank Luxembourg. Trades & Payments Team is part of IPB Luxembourg Client Service team, performing tasks and delivering support for Luxembourg based client advisors as well as colleagues in offshore locations covering numerous markets: Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, the Nordics, Emerging Europe, Switzerland, UK and the MEA region.
Main daily tasks and services are the following:
▪ Capture security trades
▪ Capture FX trades and DCDs
▪ Capture corporate actions / AIFs
▪ Process payments and money transfers
▪ Book time deposits
▪ Book loans
▪ Execute security transfers
▪ Dealing with all kinds of related inquiries, and front office support
▪ Contributing as subject matter expert to projects (e.g. simplification and automation of processes)
▪ Testing new releases of IT banking platform Avaloq
