Responsibilities
Ensure that operational and transaction based tasks for different products for our corporate clients are processed (including performing all relevant controls).
Apply Global Cash Operations and Business strategies and objectives across product and business lines within all internal and external policies/guidelines and requirements of the regulators and to agreed SLAs, KRIs and KPIs.
Ensure the escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks to line manager and functional leads as appropriate; contribute to the development and implementation of mitigation or control solutions.
Take ownership for back office tasks/processes to ensure accurate, complete, and timely capturing within teams and across the bank (cross-divisional).
Understand F2B system/ process flow, streamlining and engineering processes to bring efficiencies.
Adhere to DB standards and procedures to avoid lapses or gaps in control.
Support change management, automation and continuous improvement projects.
Skills
Relevant experience in a back / middle office, control or project team
Strong analytical and prioritization skills, and detail-orientation
Up to date on regulatory requirements & market changes
Advanced Excel skills. Access and VBA are considered a plus.
Team player who is willing to work in groups across multiple locations
Comprehensive knowledge of banking products (i.e. Cash, MM, FX, Derivates, Loans, etc.)
Ideally experience with one of the following systems: Kondor+, SWIFT, Avaloq (experience with Avaloq is considered as a strong advantage)
Project management skills will be considered as an additional asset
Ideally you have a Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics or Finance
Good command over English language, German is considered an advantage
