The Banking, Lending and Investment Solutions (BLIS) COO Team is inter alia responsible for the delivery of investment products to the Private Bank platform and to oversee the brokerage execution processes of the Private Bank, utilizing industry best practices and an independent, open architecture approach. The BLIS COO function is managed globally and is designed to enable the development, promotion and delivery of an enhanced product offering across the Private Bank.

A core responsibility of the Luxembourg Team is to ensure products and services are developed, launched and controlled in an efficient and compliant manner for EMEA and UK resident clients across the entire lifecycle – including pre- and post- advisory support. Further core responsibilities are the New Product Approval process, quality assurance & data management.

Responsibilities

  • Product Management generalist, with prior experience in Mutual Funds, Capital Markets, Alternative Investments in a Wealth Management and/ or Asset Management organisation.

  • Pro-active supervision and constant improvement of the investment product platform of PB Luxembourg; proven ability to manage issues independently and to find tailored solutions.

  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements for investment products in the European Union (e.g. MiFID, MiFIR, MAR/ MAD, RDR, etc.)

  • Responsibility for a smooth and compliant product delivery process across the core jurisdictions serviced by PB Luxembourg, in particular Austria, Netherlands, France and the Scandinavian countries.

  • Responsibility for the definition and implementation of pre- and post-sales requirements in line with applicable European regulations, especially in aforementioned core jurisdictions.

  • Ownership of oversight over brokerage platform of PB Luxembourg and related processes; prior knowledge in trading of Capital Markets and Fund products is a strong advantage.

  • Contribution to specific projects as appropriate (regulatory and non-regulatory).

Skills

  • University degree or equivalent; Finance or Law a plus

  • Ability to work in close partnership with key stakeholders in Wealth Management Front Office, Coverage COO and control/ infrastructure functions.

  • In-depth knowledge of products from various asset classes; willingness to learn and to improve on product knowledge, incl. sophisticated and tailor-made solutions.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details; ability to think in concepts and design new solutions.

  • Solid communication and organizational skills.

  • Capable of multi-tasking, to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and to deliver in accordance with deadlines

  • Very good command of English; other languages an asset (French, German, Dutch).

The successful candidate will be asked to present a recent criminal record.
