ING Luxembourg is currently recruiting an intern for the position of Learning & Development Intern. The internship is set to start as soon as possible for a minimum of 6 months.
Your Tasks
As a Learning & Development intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs for the bank's employees. You will work closely with the Learning & Development manager to support skill development and talent management initiatives.
You will have the opportunity to work on various topics such as onboarding, employee experience, and training.
Participate in the analysis of training needs.
Assist in the planning and organization of training sessions.
Participate in various training projects and meetings with service providers (trainers, coaches).
Manage mandatory training for new employees.
Handle daily invoices and reimbursement requests.
Actively contribute to the preparation of reports for the co-financing of continuing professional education.
Respond to employee questions regarding training.
Participate in special projects related to skill development and talent management.
