The DWS Control Office (DCO) is the central business function mandated to design an effective framework of business processes and controls in collaboration with the DWS business units and enabling functions. The activities of the DCO spans across the entire DWS value chain, including all product groups, business processes and regions and includes:
Role Details
This specific role is to act as Process Management / EPM Regulatory & Optimization specialist reporting to EPM Regulatory & Optimization lead.
The Functional role title for this role is Business Control Officer.
Objective of EPM (Enterprise Process Management) practice is to support DWS divisions in building a holistic Business Process Management function, including the management of related controls as well as other infrastructure artifacts. The DWS Controls Management framework, which is closely connected to the EPM framework, aims to guide the DWS Divisions in identifying control needs as well as to develop, maintain and track the effectiveness of controls linked to the business processes.
Within that team, the EPM Regulatory & Optimization specialist will contribute to designing and implementing evolutions to the framework (new requirements, regulations, proposing conceptual improvements) and define components of a Process Optimization framework and methodology for the company. This role supports the EPM Regulatory & Optimization lead.
