Opportunity for exceptional talents to join our Nordics team as Associate, Sales Coverage Support in Luxembourg. The candidate we are looking for has a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, a lot of grit and takes pride in delivering brilliant service to clients.

The candidate will play a vital role in helping the Sr. Relationship Managers with the coverage of clients including family offices, UHNWI, foundations and successful entrepreneurs. You will be part of a dynamic and highly motivated team within a diverse environment in one of the most attractive segments of the financial industry.

In the role your goal is to maximize client satisfaction through delivering best in class service to clients and colleagues.

In addition to working closely with clients and the Sr. Relationship Managers Relationship Managers, you will also be in touch with our internal specialists (products, credit, risk, legal, compliance, operations) and handle complex account related queries and execution of all tasks and processes over the life cycle of a Wealth Management account.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Sr. Relationship Managers from the Nordic coverage team to identify new opportunities and undertake research requests
  • Maintain close contact with clients in conjunction with the assigned Sr. Relationship Managers.
  • Interact with clients on a recurring basis on operational matters
  • Document client profiles for onboarding purposes
  • Interact with clients and their representatives during onboarding stage and KYC process
  • Assist in preparing client meetings and provide comprehensive overview of the bank, products and services. Draft minutes in client meetings
  • Perform periodic client reviews in line with KYC policies and within deadlines
  • Responsible for daily account monitoring
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance client services.

Skills:

  • Client-centric and excellent communication skills.

  • Good problem-solving skills, multitasking and attention to details.

  • Strong teamwork and organizational skills as well as ability to work under strict deadlines.

  • Positive attitude, solution oriented and dynamic approach to work.

  • At least 2-5 years of relevant working experience.

  • University Degree.

  • Excellent in English. Language skills in either Swedish, Danish or Norwegian is an advantage but not a requirement.

The successful candidate will be asked to provide a recent criminal record.
