About the Team:

We invite you to join our Product Support Team for Calypso – Post Trade Processing. Together, we will address and resolve product issues, provide expert advice on product configuration and use, and participate in the product enhancement request process. This position offers a unique opportunity for us to enhance our capital markets knowledge with a front-to-back, cross-asset view of the markets.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide client support on product issues to financial institutions via the ticketing system, ensuring all communications are clear and concise.
  • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to resolve issues raised by customers.
  • Understand and analyze issues, providing solutions to customers through advice or collaborating with the internal technical team for fixes.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise in one or more asset classes and associated market trends by supervising current industry research publications.
  • Mentor new Product Support team members.
  • Work on special projects as assigned.

What We Expect:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business/Finance or equivalent, or a proven understanding of financial products, including fixed income securities, Repo/Security Lending products, and derivative markets (OTC and Exchange Traded).
  • Experience in a client-facing role.
  • Professional working proficiency in both verbal and written English.
  • Some working experience within the banking/financial industry, particularly in capital markets (Swift messages, understanding of trading lifecycle, Trading and Trade processing).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.

Monthly Salary (Before Taxes):

2300 - 2700 EUR (final salary will depend on candidate knowledge and experience), other bonuses apply.
