Responsible Sourcing Specialist Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (hybrid)Job Family: Supply Chain & Logistics

Reporting to the Procurement Responsible Sourcing Lead, this role supports in the delivery of the JM Responsible Sourcing strategy, goals and deliverables.

Your responsibilities:

•    Lead the delivery of the three Responsible Sourcing pillars, with particular focus on our Supplier Human Rights, and Supplier Diversity targets by first screening our supply base and then developing delivery plans, supported by KPI tracking and performance reporting.•    Collaborate with JM business leaders and relevant stakeholders, also including JM Group functions like Sustainability, Ethics & Compliance and EHS and its representatives for the execution and alignment of the Responsible Sourcing strategy, implementation and execution.•    Prepare and actively participate in all sustainability reporting needs to comply with customer requests, regulatory requirements (CMRT, CSRD, EV, CDP, UNGC, S&P, CSDDD…), and JM strategy reporting, including Annual Report submissions.•    Be the Subject Matter Expert for Sustainability within the Coupa procurement system to assess and validate supplier performance as part of our Due Diligence process.•    Support the OPT as the Coupa Champion for the Supplier Risk Management module, ensuring appropriate training is available and support continuous improvement of the module.

Requirements for the role:

•    2-3 years' experience and/or strong interest in Sustainability, ESG and 3rd party risk management.•    Degree level qualification in a related field.•    Proven ability to manage deadlines, meet stakeholder expectations, and communicate status updates effectively.•    Project management experience, including development of delivery plans and progress reporting.•    Experience of presenting to global stakeholders, including senior management.•    Working proficiency of English.•    Experience working with Coupa and Power BI would be considered as an advantage.

The annual salary offered for this position: from €40,500-50,750 Annually. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. This role is also eligible to receive discretionary annual bonus that align with individual and company performance.
