With CT at the forefront of the transition to sustainable chemicals and fuels, the shift to net zero is creating exciting new opportunities in this sector. The Digital Marketing Manager's role is to drive CT's growth by collaborating cross-functionally within and outside JM to achieve ambitious growth targets through a Play to Win mindset. This role involves monitoring and evaluating sales, market, and business data to generate reports that support operational and strategic decision-making, while also providing support for a clearly defined market segment of low to mid complexity.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage agency partners to deliver comprehensive PPC, paid social media, SEO, and retargeting campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and optimal performance across all channels.
  • Lead the CRM and email marketing strategy through a period of transformation, overseeing the management of CRM and marketing automation systems to design, build, and implement effective programs. This includes continual optimization of CRM and email activities through data cleansing, targeting and segmentation, testing, and marketing automation.
  • Track and analyze digital marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions. This involves creating detailed reports, conducting in-depth data analysis, and providing actionable insights to the rest of the team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage the digital and performance marketing tech stack, ensuring that website pages are regularly updated and collaborating with other teams working on digital projects to maintain a seamless and effective online presence.
  • Develop and refine marketing strategies in a busy and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing market conditions and business needs. This role offers opportunities for growth within the position, making it an exciting and dynamic opportunity for the right candidate.

Requirements for the role:

  • Educated in marketing, digital media, or other equivalent/relevant areas, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a digital marketing manager or performance marketing manager role, preferably in a large matrix B2B environment.
  • Strong project management experience, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects with competing deadlines at the same time.
  • Strong agency/partner management experience, developing effective relationships to ensure delivery of campaigns on time and on budget.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads to effectively lead strategy and manage agency partners.
  • A track record in driving commercial growth and achieving business KPIs.
