About the Team:

We invite you to join our Product Support Team as a Customer Support/Operations Analyst for the Calypso product. We provide new and existing customers with the best possible service for billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions, and complaints. We handle customer services related to sales, promotions, installations, and communications. We ensure good customer relations are maintained, and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly and effectively, in accordance with consumer laws. We develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers and create improvement plans based on customer surveys.

What You Will Do:

  • Fix client issues with Nasdaq FinTech product Calypso's system, network, and other parts; provide daily support.
  • Reproduce problems, document them, suggest fixes, and give detailed info to Engineering for permanent solutions.
  • Check logs, improve performance, and solve speed issues.
  • Work with Business Analysts to find and fix bugs; write test programs to mimic client problems.
  • Help clients with API issues and update knowledge base articles with common questions and solutions.

What We Expect:

  • Educational Background: Computer Science or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java and SQL.
  • Language Skills: Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Mindset: A growth and learning mindset.
  • Work Schedule: Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM.

What would be great:

  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python;
  • Linux/Unix knowledge.
