Nasdaq is seeking two Market Data Services Analysts to join our team in Vilnius. This team analyzes, tracks and maintains Licensing requirements for the Index business. They coordinate with customers to ensure that business needs are met and manage account relationships with Index Licensing customers and internal support groups. What you will do:
Perform routine financial and analytical tasks relating to the company’s Index Licensing and Market Data systems.
Assist with client onboarding processes which include providing product information, product ordering, reporting support and billing procedures.
Serve as a liaison between the customer and the Collections team to assist in obtaining payment.
Process outreach to customers for reporting.
Provide responses to client inquiries relating to their accounts; escalating as needed.
Support internal customers with routine and/or ad hoc reports.
Work with accounting and financial reporting teams.
Maintain database integrity and accuracy.
Collect, calculate and reconcile customer fees.
Participate in system enhancement activities.
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about their account.
Manage multiple high volume Outlook accounts.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in business or related discipline
0-1 years of experience working as an Analyst or in a similar role with exposure to Excel
Ability to take initiative
Ability to work with a team, but also independently
Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
Strong customer service skills
Basic Math
Experience with MS Office, especially Excel
Experience with Salesforce, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL and Alteryx is considered a plus

Monthly base salary between 2300-2800 EUR Gross. Final offer will be based on your experience and skills.

This is a full-time position located in Vilnius. Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 2 days per week.
