Vacancy: Agile Delivery Manager

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid)

Johnson Matthey is looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager who can contribute to its continued and ongoing digital expansion and growth. We're an agile team working within a well-established FTSE100 company, and you'll be an essential member of the team working closely with the business on a range of exciting projects.

You will be working with the Product Owner and Business Users to develop the high-level Epics with TSshirt estimates, documenting the value of each. Breaking the Epic into relevant manageable User Stories by documenting the requirements within the User Stories with relevant Acceptance Criteria. Assisting the delivery team in Sprint planning and estimating each to agree Sprint plan based on business priority and Sprint capacity. You’ll be collaborating closely with Agile business analysts to foster good agile practices. Attending daily stand-ups with the team to address any concerns (Impediments) and additionally helping the business in functional testing of the stories and Epics delivered.

Your responsibilities:

  • Document non\functional specifications and ensure test steps adhere to these specifications.

  • Conduct functional and user testing, as relevant to the product or application.

  • Work with teams to achieve a greater level of agile maturity.

  • Oversee team to document requirements clearly as per business needs and ensure all changes delivered are tested appropriately in line with JM standards and meet business needs.

  • Assist business stakeholders\product owners\product managers in the formulation and promotion of the business vision, as appropriate.

  • Modelling ‘As is’ and ‘To be’ scenarios using a wide range of techniques; identifying opportunities, risks and impacts.

  • Work with the business and the solution development team to formulate and communicate solution options.

  • Ensure the high-quality definition, analysis, and management of requirements through the requirements lifecycle.

  • Analyse current services and business processes; identifying and communicating opportunities to optimise performance.

  • Ensure business and technical components of the solution deliver to the business need.

Requirements for the role:

  • Experience in managing complex Agile delivery programmes, with a good understanding of agile frameworks – Scrum / Kanban

  • Experience in managing IT software delivery including managing transition of implemented solution to BAU support and supporting business change management

  • Knowledge of Safe / Agile / Scrum SDLC processes e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Scrum

  • Ability to manage and oversee product team of up to 50 people, including vendors, business stakeholders and development team, and up to £1m annual spend

  • Experience in overseeing delivery of 3rd party vendors in line with contracted outcomes

  • Ability to track risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies actions and decisions appropriately, while also tracking project schedules and cost

  • Detail oriented with strong analytical & technical knowledge

  • Building Collaborative Relationships - Identifying opportunities and taking action to build strategic relationships between one's areas, teams, departments, units to help achieve business goals.

How you will be rewarded:

Salary range for this position is from 53,250 to 66,500 EUR per year depending on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
