Role Description:

This position is responsible for the development and implementation of ISO45001 occupational health & safety management system and environmental management system in Dell Korea including ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in addition to Dell global EHS standards, also improving EHS performance, and implementing relevant EHS action plans which support the business group objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Serious Accidents Punishment Act(SAPA) and Korea Occupational Safety and Health Act(KOSHA) and its regulation compliance planning, implementation, and performance review.
  • Works with management and other team members across all departments to assess specific EHS risks and take measures accordingly.
  • Document and ensure compliance with all applicable laws requirements,  global standards, and ISO45001 requirements
  • Promote EHS awareness and EHS culture including communication and dissemination of EHS information.
  • Consult and advise management of environmental, health, and safety issues and maintains required documentation for regulatory agencies.
  • Disseminate information to implement EHS policies, procedures, and standards ensuring integration with Dell business partners’ standard operating procedures and policies.

Essential Requirements

  • The candidate has at least 5 years of health or safety working experience
  •  Must have an industrial safety engineering certification
  • Fluent in English communication
  • An action-oriented leader with consensus-building, conflict management, and strong interpersonal skills

Desired Requirement

  • ISO certification is a preference
