Job Description:

Position: Sales Executive (Forwarding Business)당사는 중소형 고객을 대상으로 신규 고객 유치 및 기존 고객 관리를 담당할 영업 인력을 모집합니다. 수출입 포워딩 비즈니스에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 고객과의 신뢰를 구축하며, UPS의 글로벌 네트워크와 협업하여 최적의 물류 솔루션을 제안하는 역할을 담당합니다.

Responsibilities:• 신규 고객 대상 신규 영업 기회 발굴 및 고객 관리• 고객 니즈에 따른 맞춤형 포워딩 솔루션 제안 (해상/항공/복합운송 등)• 고객 방문 및 상담을 통한 관계 형성 및 유지• 할당된 매출 목표 달성 및 성과 관리• 고객 이슈 및 요청 사항에 대한 신속한 대응 및 내부 협업• 운영, 견적, 고객지원 부서와의 긴밀한 커뮤니케이션• 계약 체결 및 조건 모니터링, 갱신 협상 진행• 지속적인 시장/산업 정보 습득 및 고객 니즈 파악

Qualifications:• 학사 학위 소지자 (우대)• 3년 이상의 B2B 영업 경력 보유자 (우대)• 포워딩/국제물류/SCM 산업 관련 경험자 (우대)• Automotive, High-Tech, e-commerce, 제조업 등 산업군 경험자 (우대)• 고객과의 커뮤니케이션 역량 및 문제 해결 능력• 글로벌 파트너와의 협업을 위한 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력• 책임감 있고, 영업에 대한 열정이 높은 분• 운전면허 소지 및 자가 차량 보유자 (필수)

Working Hours:주 40시간 근무 (월-금 09:00~18:00 / 점심시간 12:00~13:00)
