Join our team as a Business Development Manager in Korea, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new customers, and nurturing existing relationships to achieve portfolio targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed targets for portfolio growth and quality.
Develop leads independently and through various channels to acquire new customers.
Support the renewal of policies you have acquired.
Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Ensure accurate pricing and apply commercial underwriting standards to maintain profitability and portfolio quality.
Implement group-wide quality of service standards and serve customers according to the Operational Manual guidelines.
Work closely with core functions such as Credit, Claims, and Policy Administration.
Generate insights to support future business opportunities and growth initiatives for Allianz Trade.
Ensure long-term profitability and quality of the customer portfolio through effective distribution strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline.
3+ years of proven success as a salesperson, with proven track record.
Previous experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
Passionate about delivering high-quality services and driven by customer satisfaction.
Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluency in both Korean and English is essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience working in multinational companies or multicultural environments is an advantage.
