Your Role
The Korea Imaging Leader is responsible to execute the go-to-market strategy and to ensure commercial success for the Imaging business in Korea market.
- Owning Customer experience (CX) and Customer lifetime value (CLV), customer satisfaction for the Imaging business in Korea market.
- Enabling commercial success of the Imaging business in Korea market.
- Ensuring enablers are in place from the business / category to realize commercial plans.
- Executing Go-To-Market approach and growing plan for Korea market leveraging Philips sales team and channel partners and exploring optimal business models with customers.
- Identifying changing regional situations or in region competitor moves and appropriate responses in region.
- Supporting strategic deals for the business in the region.
- Leading the modality sales specialists and clinical team in Korea for Imaging business.
- Developing and implementing sales account strategies in cooperation with the Key Account Managers (KAMs) to meet financial and customer objectives.
- Managing performance, forecast, markets trends, competition and growth opportunities.

- Customer satisfaction, CX and CLV according to plan.
- Operational excellence (meeting CSG, OIT according to plan with accurate forecasting).
- Regional growth plan realized (milestones, deliverables, metrics incl. MS ambitions on track)
You're likely the right fit if you possess
- Extensive commercial leadership experience with proven results in the APAC Region.
- Experience within the Radiology/imaging domain and demonstrated understanding of the business value chain and key drivers.
- Solid experience in defining and deploying strategic plan with proven impact.
- Strong track record in building and leading high-performing and diverse teams.
- Strategic business acumen and strong customer focus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformational change.
- Broad international background and adaptative leadership style to connect and lead effectively across different cultures.
- Operational excellence and persistence in order to deliver the plan.
- Empathic leadership and ability to connect and inspire across a range of internal/external stakeholders.
- Strategic and business acumen.
