Job Description:
Provide hardware and software support for PCs, printers, telephone lines, network cables, and other IT peripherals.
Maintain and troubleshoot computer equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Setup, install, and configure hardware and software according to user requirements and company standards.
Resolve technical issues as they arise, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
Manage IT assets and related equipment, ensuring accurate inventory records and proper maintenance.
Support daily IT operations and services for domestic branches, international branches, and headquarters offices.
Monitor and report operational performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary measures.
Provide incident and service request support, promptly addressing user inquiries and resolving technical issues.
Collaborate with other IT team members to streamline processes, enhance system functionality, and improve overall efficiency.
Setup and install applications and IT equipment, ensuring proper configuration and user accessibility.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in IT support, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills.
