What are we looking for?
We are looking for an Assistant Manager, IT Operation & Service Management, CLM Hub to provides comprehensive IT operations and service management oversight for CLM (Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos), ensuring exceptional IT service delivery to employees and effective governance of IT assets and expenses. The person will also develop and implement optimized IT processes and frameworks, guiding team members and users to ensure consistent adherence.
What are we expecting from this role?
- Represent local business units in collaborations with Group Technology teams to deliver infrastructure and operational projects.
- Oversee and ensure all IT operations (system monitoring, backup, patching, business continuity/disaster recovery, software/hardware support) operate according to standards, within budget, and in compliance with policies.
- Manage and ensure high-quality IT vendor services, including end-user support, infrastructure maintenance, and change management.
- Conduct risk and control assessments and implement resolutions across IT operations, infrastructure, network, and systems.
- Provide comprehensive technology and management reports, including asset, monitoring, expense, SLA, and analytical reports related to IT operations and security.
- Support the Head of IT Operations, Security & Governance in IT budgeting, expense management, and internal/external audit processes.
- Develop and maintain IT operation and service delivery Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes.
- Performing other tasks assigned by Management.
Who are we looking for?
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, operations, network, and system management and support.
- Demonstrated experience working with global counterparts and adhering to international standards in IT operations and service management.
- Proven experience leading IT operations or IT infrastructure teams.
- Experience in managing IT vendors to ensure quality delivery of various technology services.
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure and Azure-related management.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, network infrastructure, hardware/software management, and cloud infrastructure/system architecture.
- Proficiency in ITIL processes, asset management, and budget management.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and technology risk management.
- Ability to develop and maintain clear process documentation.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Extensive understanding of systems and networking.
