What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Lead Technical Business Analyst to drive the development and implementation of impactful digital solutions. The person will be pivotal in translating complex business requirements into actionable plans, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the seamless deployment of scalable applications across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess deep systems expertise, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects while adhering to organizational standards and managing application-related costs.

What are we expecting from this role?

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from diverse stakeholders, aligning with strategic goals.
• Leverage deep system knowledge to architect optimal digital solutions, collaborating with architects and engineers.
• Translate complex requirements into clear analyses for executive decision-making and develop change management proposals.
• Manage project delivery, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication, ensuring timely and successful implementations.
• Design and implement solutions with a focus on scalability and replication across multiple locations.
• Conduct thorough functional testing, facilitate UAT, and oversee software deployments to company standards.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC standards, maintain documentation, and manage application-related costs.
• Lead and mentor a team of Technical Business Analysts, providing application support and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Performing other tasks assigned by Management.

Who are we looking for?

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information System, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 5 years in IT/Digital roles like Solution Architect, IT Business Analyst, Technical Product Owner with proven experience in delivering large-scale enterprise finance projects and managing parallel agile projects in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated experience in Life Insurance industry, delivering IT solutions that meet business needs.
• Proficiency in conceptual and functional business process modelling, a strong understanding of Business Intelligence concepts, and experience creating comprehensive SDLC documentation.
• Solid understanding of corporate operational procedures, frameworks, and cross-functional structures, with the ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes.
• Proven ability to work in fast paced agile environments.
