On the job you will:
- Responsibilities include but not limited to the following activities.
- Participate in training, orientation, competency assessment and education of new employees.
- Conduct quality control (QC) and basic risk assessment of insurance applications.
- Conduct calling customers to complete application forms by asking/probing questions effectively and noting their answers properly for underwriting purpose.
- Support medical appointment between sales/customers and corporate clinics as well as medical result control, medical fee verification and payment process in system.
- Handle sales/customer enquiries relating to application submission in a professional manner.
- Make regular reports as required.
- Demonstrate an ability to remain calm, perform effectively and professional, ongoing service excellence.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
Nice to Haves:
- Bachelor degree, Nurse or Mid-wife (female candidates are preferred).
- Working experience in life insurance industry related to administrative skills, medical field is preferable.
- Attention to detail with an emphasis on quality.
- Ability to manage time, meet deadlines and prioritize.
- Good verbal and written communication with colleagues, clients in both Khmer and English.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with sales, clients and vendors.
- Result focused, self-motivated, flexible and enthusiastic.
- Customer focused, with a strong ethic of service and fairness to the customer.
- Obsess about customers, do the right thing, think big, get it done together, own it, share your humanity.
- Knowledge of ability to report data, analyze fact finding, apply problem-solving skills.
- Decision making skills, able to rationalize the whole risk and come up with the proper decision.
- Demonstrated sound interpersonal skills including the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
