What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Corporate Development Specialist to play a crucial part in driving business growth by supporting the development and execution of strategic partnerships. The person will collaborate with financial institutions, microfinance organizations, customer benefit partners, and key industry players to expand distribution channels and maximize revenue.
What are we expecting from this role?
- Drive strategic partnership initiatives to expand distribution channels and achieve revenue targets, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key partners, including financial institutions, microfinance organizations, and customer benefit providers.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance and alignment with company goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and inform partnership strategies.
- Develop and implement robust performance tracking and reporting mechanisms, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize partnership strategies and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of partnership initiatives.
- Provide strategic support to the Corporate Development team, contributing to departmental and company-wide objectives.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and reports to communicate partnership progress and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Performing other tasks assigned by Management.
Who are we looking for?
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in partnership development, business development, or a closely related role.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities, capable of fostering long-term partnerships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and contribute to data-driven strategic decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve departmental and business goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to change.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
