What are we looking for?We are looking to an Operational Risks Supervisor to assist on overall functioning of CLM Operational Risk Function by collaborating with first line of defense of Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar.What are we expecting from this role?
Assist CLM risk team on defining, monitoring, and reviewing the Non-Financial Risk Framework for the CLM Hub.
Assist in implementation of non-financial risk policies across the CLM Hub.
Support the effective use of PRISM for the CLM Hub with training and capacity building of L1 team and assist in rolling out RCSAs, logging incidents / issues and rigorous follow ups.
Assist in preparing Risk Committee decks for CLM LBUs
Assist in coordinating with L1 functions on implementation / follow ups of action items generated from the Risk Committee meeting and the findings raised by GwIA.
Assist in periodic review and assessment of MUDAs in MRG Module along with following up with relevant L1 team on timeliness of assessment completion.
Collaborate with CLM LBU’s business units on various group-initiated risk and compliance related projects.
Undertake additional tasks and projects as advised by the HoD / Chiefs.
Who are we looking for?
At least 1 to 2 years in Risk Management, Audit or in similar filed preferably in Insurance, Banking or Big 4 Audit firms.
Bachelor’s degree in risk management, Finance or Accounting
Good communication skills in both English and Khmer
Able to build relationships with the business functions to influence them on various risk management related task.
Ability to work in teams and independently with minimal supervision
Previous experience of using GRC / Risk Management software or portal
