What are we looking for?We are looking for an Executive, Underwriting Support to recruit and control Panel Doctor quality as required by the company and stakeholders, and timely payment to Panel Doctors with an accurate amount.
What are we expecting from this role?
Maintain quality, accuracy and timely reports to and from panel doctors
Engage, negotiate and recruit new panel doctors for the better service in targeted areas
Regularly visit and renew contracts with panel doctors throughout the country
Strengthen the quality of panel doctors through site visits, workshops, incentives and surveys
Maintain accurate payment of medical reports within a quick turnaround time
Proactively engage, coordinate and cooperate with intenal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of communication
Handle complaints and underwriting support issues assigned by supervisor
Actively provide feedback and initiatives for corrective actions to improve process quality
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Who are we looking for?
Degree in business administration, management, finance, or related field
Proven experienced working in insurance industry is preferrable
Knowledge in medical term or underwriting is a plus
Fluent communication in both English and Khmer (speaking, reading, writing and listening)
Proficiency with MS office (MS Word, excel, Power Point, and Email)
Good at negotiation, collaboration, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity
