What are we looking for?
We are looking for an Executive, Suspence Management to handle administrative tasks within the suspense management, payment team and maintain high-quality business performance with adhering to the turnaround time (TAT).
What are we expecting form this role?
Responsible for processing refund payment to customers through various channels with properly controlled and monitored
Work with Finance team and bank partners to ensure smooth seamless process of refunding for the customers with agreed TAT.
Clearing pending cases, and payment with insufficient info, checking with bank partners and sales team about all error cases.
Performing auto suspense reversal and un-claimed account movement.
Provide good communication with partners, policy holders, and agents by emails, phone calls, to answer questions or resolve any outstanding issues
Identify key issues in Suspend management team and work with line manager/relevant department to recommend remedial actions.
Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Who are we looking for?
At least 1 years in life insurance or related business industrial
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree
Ability to understand Power BI report, and core insurance system
Good communication of spoken and written in Khmer and English
