Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and handle all purchasing activities including of both IT and non-IT items
  • Manage the traveling arrangement such as car arrangement, air-ticket booking, accommodation booking, etc. to comply with the Policy & SOP
  • Handle the office security and maintenance issues both Head office and Branches
  • Work with other department to prepare for branch roll out plans for new Business Offices and execution.
  • Coordinate and manage all administrative issues such as hygiene, stationeries, & welfare.
  • Develop and maintain regularly on effective security measures to protect the Bank’s properties and staff.
  • Monitor all branches and HO rents payment are paid on time as the agreement.
  • Establish the SLAs for all service providers and suppliers and monitor its compliance.
  • Ensure the Bank’s insurance policy is adhered to at all premises and premium charges paid promptly
  • Develop and implement all activities in accordance with the procurement plan.
  • Ensure that appropriate procurement procedures are maintained and carried out effectively and efficiently in compliance with relevant regulations and procedure.
  • Monitor the CAPEX Budget for Office Equipment (OE) and Furniture Fittings (FF) to ensure compliance to budget. Recycles any good OE & FF for Branches or Centre for cost savings
  • Manage and deal with the vendors, contractors and relevant stakeholders regarding the expansion/renovation of Bank facilities.
  • Work with other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Requirement:

  • Degree in Finance /Banking/Economics or related fields and Preferably having good knowledge of admin, procurement & Property in the bank
  • Minimum 5-year experience in leading admin, property and procurement team
  • Good knowledge in banking in operations and admin, property and procurement management
  • Understand well on the system, process and procedure of admin
  • Experience in dealing with management and 3rd party
  • Good planning, organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good Leadership and motivation skills.
  • Work independently with a Numeric and analytical skill
  • Conscious of details and accuracy
  • English is proficiency
