- Yen rates business has been one of the key growth drivers for DB FIC franchise. To maintain strong presence in yen rates market is also critical for overall DB Japan, since yen rates products is one of key instruments for most Japanese financial institution with yen-denominated liability.
- DB has been establishing a strong position in yen rates market and remains to be ranked one of top foreign dealers in Japan. We have a very good, competitive sales & trading team for Yen rates space, and we continue to see business opportunites here.

Your key responsibilities:
- JPY rates sales covering foreign instisutional clients.
- Primary focus are yen rates products such as JGBs/yen rates derivatives.
- The role involves close business relationship not only with clients but also trading desks / global ICG colleague.
- The role requires high interpersonal relationship ability as well as a wide range of product knowledge/experience in global rates market.
Your skills and experience:
- Product knowledge of JPY rates, including cash bonds, swaps, swaption, xccy swaps.
- Primary focus are yen rates products such as JGBs/yen rates derivatives, hence, solid knowledge/experience of such products are required.
- Sales experience covering fixed income clients would be necessary.
- Education to University degree level
- Native level English
- Very strong and persuasive communication skills and and influencing skills
- Sales motivated, personable and able to develop & maintain relationships.
- JSDA1 qualification holder preferred
