Job Purpose

- A Project Manager role focused on the execution and delivery of IT transformation projects that are business-led.

- Responsible for project delivery from inception to completion with appropriate governance & agile methodologies

Job Responsibilities

- Drive program delivery for tangible business benefits from initiation through benefit realization

- Act as control point for tracking, managing issues, mitigating risks, & ensuring project success

- Support Transformation Service Leads with timely reporting & insight into project issues & developments

- Ensure managed programs have structured plans, RAID Logs, Governance & Steering Committees

Skills & Experience

- Native-level spoken and written in Japanese and strong English skills

- Bachelor's degree

- Relevant Project Management certificates a plus (i.e., PMP, Scrum)

- Up to 3 years of relevant project management experience (Consulting experience a plus)

- Strong analytical & facilitation skills for resolving business problems & delivering change

- Strong communicator with internal & external parties, influential presentation skills

- Highly people-oriented and customer-focused

- 最終学歴 ：学士号または同等の学位

- プロジェクト関連の証書があれば尚可　(PMP、スクラムなど)

- 3年程度のプロジェクト管理経験 (コンサルティング経験があれば尚可)

- ビジネスの問題解決と変革をもたらすための強い分析力とファシリテーションスキル

- 社内外との強いコミュニケーション能力、影響力のあるプレゼンテーションスキル

- 高い人間志向と顧客重視の姿勢
