職務目的（Job Purpose）

傷害・医療保険を担当する 引受業務担当者（アンダーライター） として、個々の契約、アカウントの引受および継続の判断を行う。また、商品開発・改定の際には引受規定、ガイドラインの策定を行い、適切なリスクの保険契約の獲得、継続を行い、保険収益を確保し、契約者に還元できるようにする。主には以下の項目を担う。

• 個々の保険引受リスクを評価し、傷害・医療保険ビジネス全体が収益を伴った成長を実現できるアンダーライティング施策の立案と実行
• 傷害・医療保険全体および特定領域（マーケット、個別商品、営業エリアなど）において、ポートフォリオ管理に基づき収益性確保を実現するアンダーライティング施策の企画立案と実行
•  上記を実現するための引受権限体系の構築、運用および管理

• 引受リスクの評価および分析に基づく、引受規程、ガイドラインの策定
• 引受リスクの評価および分析に基づく、個別契約の引受、契約継続判断。
• 再保険スキームの企画および実行、管理
• 営業部支店や他部門からのアンダーライティングに関する照会対応
• ＰＵ（プロダクションアンダーライター）、営業社員、代理店の引受判断スキル向上のためのトレーニング資料の作成、トレーニングの実践
• 保有契約の事故実績の分析、レポーティング
• 契約継続判断を行うための、データ収集、分析業務

• オープンでフレンドリーなコミュニケーションスキル
• ExcelやPower Point（マクロ、Accessが出来れば望ましい）
• 英語（読む、書くレベル。TOEIC 700点以上が望ましい）
• プロジェクトマネジメントもしくは参画経験

業務経験

　 損害保険会社または生命保険会社で傷害・医療保険、新種保険に関する商品部門、損害サービス部門、保険金支払部門等で3年以上の業務経験

　または、

　損害保険会社、生命保険会社、保険代理店等で傷害・医療保険、もしくは新種保険に関する5年以上の営業経験
