About The Role:

  • We are growing our team!  CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our growing team in Japan

  • You are a driven a driven, results-oriented leader who is ready to change the game!

What You'll Do:

The Sr. Sales Development Manager is leading a team of SDR leaders. He or she is setting the PACE and is the foundation of the culture for their whole organization.

  • Leading a team of SDR leaders to increased levels of productivity

  • Coaching the SDR leaders on strategy, technique and unlocking their potential as sales and people leaders

  • Upleveling the collaboration with marketing to drive substantially more business

  • Build the optimal territory coverage plan with RVPs and Regional

  • Drives strategic initiatives with the Channel leaders to drive incremental business with our partners

  • Is leading from the front with deep knowledge of  how to capitalize on SecOps, DevOps, IT-Ops and Cyber Security pain points and industry trends

  • Stay well educated and informed as to Crowdstrike addressable market and how to position the value of our solutions

  • Identifies top SDR talent and nurtures them as future leaders in the business

  • Hire top notch external SDR leaders and dedicate your time to develop them

The right candidate will possess energy, passion and desire to build a successful team.  Will know how to drive results, coach and mentor to maximize pipeline build and creating top of funnel for our ever-growing Crowdstrike business. 

Team will be located in Singapore and India.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience as a SR sales or SDR leader or highly successful manager of a frontline sales/SDR team

  • At least 4 year of experience driving business results for a technology company preferred

  • Expert with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like Tableau

  • Strong network of potential SDR and SDR leader candidates

  • Proven ability to hire, develop and promote top sales and leadership talent

  • Track record of leading a successful team

  • Understands the cybersecurity landscape

  • Fast learner, motivated, driven, passionate

  • Project manager experience and the ability to proactively identify new business opportunities, build a plan to capitalise on it and execute

  • A true people person who consistently delivers results no matter the challenges
