Senior Demand Planner

Job Descriptionあなたの役割:

• 統計的なベースライン予測を作成し、営業、顧客、顧客プロジェクトマネジャー、サプライ／オペレーション、マーケティング、財務、および関連部署すべての関連インプットを用いてそれを充実させることにより、割り当てられた計画ホライズン、BUおよび／または顧客計画グループに対する営業、マーケティング、コンセンサス予測を作成する。
• フェーズイン/アウト、プロモーションのためのインプットを収集し、市場や顧客のための基礎プロセスを管理する。
• 過去の販売傾向、売り切れ、在庫の取引、需要促進要因の調査、予測分析の準備、予測結果の評価。
• 関連するカウンターパートとの会話をリードし、予測調整を提案し、入力の基礎となる仮定に異議を唱える。
• すべての関連部門をサポートし、ギャップクロージングシナリオを作成し、伝える。
• 顧客フォーキャスト・レビュー・ミーティング、ビジネス・インテグレーション・ミーティング、マーケット・リーダーシップ・ミーティングのためのフォーキャストの準備、計画、伝達、修正において全ての関連部門をサポートする。
• 会議のアウトプットに基づく予測の調整

このポジションに求められる実務経験 :

経験

• 最低8年以上のビジネス経験、5年以上の需要、供給、製造計画、S&OP/ IBP、または予測経験。

スキル

• 日本語、英語でのコミュニケーション能力。
• クロスファンクショナルチームと協働できる。
• 需要計画/実行、供給計画/実行の両面で期待値/サービスレベル管理ができる。
• マイクロソフトアプリケーションの高い知識を有する分析スキル。
• SAP経験者優遇。
• 需要計画アプリケーション経験者優遇。
• 人材マネジメント経験者優遇。ただし、当面の配属先は人材マネージャーではないため、柔軟性とオープンマインドが求められる。

学歴

• 経済学、商学、サプライチェーン、マーケティング、ファイナンスの学士号、または同等の専攻をお持ちの方。

その他

• 変化の多い環境に対応できるニュートラル/ポジティブなマインドセット。

【契約期間】期間の定めなし 

【試用期間】試用期間あり（原則として入社日より6ヶ月）

【業務内容】（雇入れ直後）上記のとおり（変更の範囲）会社の定める業務

【就業場所】（雇入れ直後）本社（麻布台ヒルズ）　（変更の範囲）会社の定める就業場所

【就業時間】9:00-17:30　休憩時間：原則として12:00-13:00  

【勤務形態】ハイブリット（週3日オフィス出社、週2日までリモート勤務可能）               

【休日】毎週土曜日（所定休日）、日曜日（法定休日）、国民の祝日、年末年始（12月29日-1月4日） 

【休暇】初年度有給休暇　最大20日間（2年度～5年度 20日／6年度以降 25日 付与）、CareLeave（年間10日間）、Sick Leave（年間最大30日間）ほか 

【時間外労働】あり 

※ただし、管理職での採用の場合は、残業代は支給対象外（深夜勤務手当、休日深夜勤務手当の支給はあり） 

【給与】基本給　年収700～900万円　ご経験により考慮します 

【賞与】インセンティブ 20%

※年度途中入社者は対象期間中日割計算あり

Job title:Senior Demand Planner

Your role:

・Create Sales, Marketing, Consensus forecast for the assigned planning horizon, BU and/or Customer Planning Groups by creating the statistical baseline forecast and enriching it with all relevant input from Sales, Customers, Customer Project Managers, Supply/Operations, Marketing, Finance and adjacent functions.

・Collect input for phase-in/out & promotions and manage the underlying process for the market and/or customers.

・Review and analyze historical sales trends, sell out, stock in-trade, research demand drivers, prepare forecast analytics and evaluate forecast results.

・Lead conversation with relevant counterparts, propose forecast adjustments and challenge assumptions underpinning input.

・Support all relevant functions in creating and communicating gap closing scenarios.

・Support all relevant functions in preparing, planning, communicating and revising forecast for Customer Forecast Review Meeting, Business Integration Meeting and/or Market Leadership meeting.

・Adjust forecasts based on meeting outputs

You're the right fit if:

1. Experience.

・Min 8 years of business experience with 5 years of experience in Demand, Supply, or Manufacturing Planning, S&OP/ IBP, and/ or Forecasting Experience.

2. Skills.

・Communication skills in both Japanese and English.

・Collaborate with cross functional teams.

・Good expectation / service level control both in terms of demand planning/execution & supply planning/execution.

・Analytical Skills with high knowledge of Microsoft applications.

・SAP experiences preferred.

・Demand planning application experiences preferred.

・People management experience preferred but flexibility & open mind-set required as immediate assignment will not be a people manager.

3. Education.

・University Bachelors Degree in Economics, Commercials, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance or equivalent major preferred.

4. Anything else.

・Neutral/Positive mind set as to fit to rapid changing environments.
