Take ownership to ensure delivery targets
Be responsible for activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site, managing activities related to this scope.
As a Construction Site Specialist, you will be responsible for:
· Preparing and submitting construction business license applications to the relevant authorities, such as the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) or the Prefectural Governor.
· Ensuring that the construction business meets all licensing requirements, including the qualifications of the Person Responsible for Management and Operation (PRMO).
· Maintaining accurate records of licenses, renewals, and any changes in business operations.
· Managing the renewal process for licenses, which is required every five years.

To be successful in this role you will:
· Have a Bachelor's Degree
· Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in total
· Holder of Construction Permit in Japan
· Be a strategic thinking with tactical execution with a sense of urgency
