セールスフォース・ジャパンのECS営業組織での営業マネージャーポジションです。ECSの1st Line Mgrとして、6 -10名のメンバーを牽引いただき、アラインするAEチームのACV(BCO≒100K以下)獲得の最大化を目指していただきます。<業務内容>

  • 各ECS AEのサポート

  • AEが主導するアカウントでのCo-Work

  • Gr会社や新規企業への新規開拓

  • 製品切り口でのProgramの実施

  • 将来のEnterAEの育成

  • 将来Ener-AEとして活躍できる人材をサポートしていただきます。

  • 中・大規模商談の創出からクロージングのリードと指南

  • 売上最大化に向けたアクションプランの実行

  • 管掌テリトリーに対する中長期での戦略策定

  • 営業人材の育成・コーチング

  • 営業メンバー及び関連する部署を含めたチームビルディング

  • 各種営業マネジメント業務等<求められる経験・マインド>

  • 新たなマーケットを創出していくことに情熱を注ぎたいというマインドセット

  • 経営層、マネジメント層に対する直販営業経験

  • 営業マネジメント経験(或いはそれに準ずる経験(応相談))

    • 人財を育てつつ、自身も成長していきたいというマインドセット

    • 社内の関連部署のリソースを適切に巻き込み、チームセリングできるリーダーシップ
