About the Job 

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, driving business growth, and developing strategic Customer initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing key accounts, providing comprehensive coverage as counterpart of both the local and central technology stack. Identifying new opportunities and ensuring clients satisfaction is part of your job.

What you do

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive efficiency and achieve business objectives.
  • Support the identification of business opportunities within existing accounts .
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements to maximize value for both the company and the client.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including support functions, to deliver customized solutions to clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage demand management processes, aligning client needs with available resources and capabilities to optimize service delivery.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Oversee overdue receivable management, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding payments.
  • Support revenue planning for both RUN and CHANGE, optimizing financial forecasting and strategic decision-making.
  • Support the Head of Account Management in the day by day responsibilities.

What you bring

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at various levels.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach to achieving targets and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for impactful presentations.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field is a plus.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
