Financial Risk Management (FRM) is part of Bank for Entrepreneurs Advisory and Channels Management of Private Bank Italy.

FRM sector provides advisory and execution services to Italian mid corporations with reference to foreign exchange rate and interest rate risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse client’s needs in order to present financial risk management solutions that can address the identified needs and expressed priorities.
  • Proceed with the negotiation of the chosen solution and booking the transaction in the operating systems of the Bank.
  • Liaise with the Relationship Managers to have a shared and integrated approach.
  • Interact with Structuring and Trading in order to identify solutions that can anticipate future customer needs or respond to new specific customer requirements.
  • Liaise with Operations (Back Office and Middle Office), Control (Compliance, Legal, etc.) and Credit functions in relation to the negotiated transactions and potential new transactions that require deeper analysis.
  • Ensure that the process leading to the sale (transaction negotiation) and the proceeds for the Bank is carried out in full compliance with the processes and procedures identified.

Skills

  • >7Y successful track record in the role in a major financial institution.
  • Proactive, hard worker, shares team spirit, great people skills.
  • Italian-English fluent.
