Join Deutsche Bank Investment Solutions Team in Milan as product analyst. Drive innovation in product management and impact Life Insurance business with your contribution. Engage in collaborative projects within a vast network connecting major financial insurance hubs including Germany, Luxembourg and Ireland.

Key responsibilities

A Product analyst is responsible for managing all tasks needed to envision, develop, launch, and sustain viable services or product offerings. Work includes:

• Drive strategies for a successful products offering
• provide ongoing analysis of the product governance
• collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure a product offering consistent with DB view, highly valued by clients and compliant with legal and regulatory standards.

The candidate will be in charge for the following activities:

• Manage Life Insurance Product governance and support the constant improvement of the local offering & integration of a Private protection approach to the solutions designed for IPB clients
• Deal with Target market management and monitoring. Handle periodic regulatory check and relative reports.
• Manage relationships with life insurance partners (insurance companies and broker) and the maintenance of distribution an d collaboration agreement in line with the strategy designed by the Management of the Bank.
• Advise Client advisors about life insurance products, partner up with DB Front and Middle Office acting as Life Insurance point of contact.
• Work in close partnership with key internal stakeholders and DB Control functions.

Skills and experience:

• Knowledge of the Italian and international life insurance market environment. At least five years' experience within Wealth Management or Life Insurance company in a Product Management or Client Relationship function.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements for life insurance products in the European Union (in particular IDD, Mifid and any other local Italian/ Luxembourg and Irish regulations)
• Ability to partner up with Client advisors an a client oriented working style with a high attention to detail is prerequisite.
• Experienced and comfortable in conversing with third party partners and in leading discussions in 1-1 meetings and small groups.  
• Proficient in English communication and skilled at collaborating with diverse international teams. Fluency in German, French, Spanish considered a plus.
