The String Test Bench Technical leader is the String Test technical coordinator for all operations related to erection, assembly and testing of Massa facility test benches. He /She acts as technical coordinator and guidance for others Test bench leaders who perform activities on test bench.
In is mission He/She is responsible to drive with safety, quality and on time delivery test bench preparation, erection, functional test, up to test bench disassembly. He/ She is responsible to lead by example in the alignment of technical solution developed on test benches from HSE and Quality point of view.
He/She is also responsible to drive #Safety and #Quality culture among the partners supplier that contemporary works on the test bench.
As String Test Bench Technical leader you will be responsible to:
Supervise technical solution adopted on the test bench and maintain them aligned to Company culture of HSE and Quality.
Guide String Test bench leaders in adoption of technical solution that maximize productivity and on time delivery.
Ensure that adopted technical solution are homogeneous and respected by all people working on the assigned field.
Provide technical direction on non-conformity maintaining connection with partners functions: engineering, manufacturing.
Provide expertise to String test engineering team (during early engineering design) on test bench critical aspects such as: structural and logistic layout, piping design, heavy lifting, critical assembly disassembly operation, welding
Assure that Lesson Learned are captured and applied during operations.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have an high school diploma with relatable work experience, +10years of operations
Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Show ability to manage and oversees multiple activities with high intensity.
Be an experienced problem solver, with analytical approach identifying root causes and implementing improvements solutions.
Display a good knowledge of Turbomachinery System architecture & commissioning operations.
Be fluent in English and Italian languages and be able to work in EU
