Be involved in exciting and original projects
You will be preparing proposals/bids, as well as being involved in contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. You will analyze the technical, commercial and contractual tender documents for the correct definition of the purpose of the work. You will identify the risk elements and measures for their mitigation. You will develop, propose and implement offering strategies and winning technical solutions in accordance with time and budget with the help of Process and Engineering departments.
As a Junior Proposal Manager , you will be responsible for:
Coordinating the Process and Engineering departments for the implementation of the Proposal Documentation in due time (PFD, Equipment List, Plot Plan, MTO, etc),coordinating with SubContracts for the fabrication or erection activities when necessary.
Developing the price structure and filling / completing the cost estimate of the Project and discussing it with Board for margin and price definition.
Keeping in touch with the Client during bidding stage and coordinating with Sales if necessary.
Preparing and collecting hand-over documentation for the transfer of the project information developed during the bid phase to the Project Team in case of Contract Award.
Assisting with customer negotiations. Identifies new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth.
Handling complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used. Products and systems are client specific and require technical analysis and system design to fit client conditions.

To be successful in this role you will:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent work experience
Have some experience in a similar Proposal or Commercial role.
Be a good communicator and be fluent in English
Have demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
Be able to demonstrate computer skills and be familiar with MS Office
