The Role

·       Role

o   Provide technical advisory to support business development for SAP related services with focus on platform, modernization integration and management

o   Contribute to develop cross company practice for SAP services including skills development, go

o   Provide leadership to customers engagements based on deep knowledge of SAPO domain, interface with Cx levels to propose business outcomes driven transformation roadmap for SAP

o   Contribute to develop cross company practice for SAP services including skills development, go to market initiatives and sales support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.
  • Provide technical expertise
  • Design and implement SAP solutions on platforms
  • Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and documentation.
  • Progress opportunities for move to cloud/expand footprint accounts or accounts which are new to the solution area
  •  Utilize deep knowledge of how companies operate, business models, strategies, and end-to-end business processes
  •  Stay informed about SAP’s competition and value drivers and latest SAP trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Who You Are

  • At least 5 years of experience:
    • Knowledge of methodologies and processes for migrating heterogeneous and complex SAP environments.
    • SAP product and services knowledge in complex large-scale SAP project transformation services.
    • Client-facing activities, with an attitude for business development and direct communication and relationship management with CxO level.
    • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell complex solutions and roadmaps to a diverse audience.
  • Mandatory Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of SAP platform and solutions including SAP S/4Hana, , RISE, SAP BTP, SAP Analytic Cloud and related technologies.
    • Fluent English (written and spoken).
    • Technical leadership in task coordination, problem-solving, and team working
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills (in English language) at senior manager level both inside an IT team and across business functions.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Experience:
    • Design, implementation, and management of SAP Landscapes (i.e., , S/4Hana private cloud edition)
    • Ability to evaluate existing SAP environment and applications to identify best modernization strategy (i.e., workload analysis).
    • SAP migration projects from on-premises to Cloud or Cloud to Cloud, using specific methods and processes.
    • SAP Rise transformation projects with specific integration on SAP BTP solutions.
    • SAP Data Insigths and Analytics projects.
  •  Experience in end-to-end architectural design for hybrid solution landscapes.
  •  Proven knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset, SAP Integration Advisory Methodology, SAP Extensibility Advisory Methodology, SAP Clean Core principles
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Ideally, proven knowledge of On-Premises solutions and its corresponding cloud solutions.
  • SAP S4HANA and BTP Certifications (e.g. Integration Suite, Extension Suite, SAP Build)
  • Professional Training & Certification as a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP including RISE
