Work on hands-on projects

As an Operator Specialist, you will help support the manufacturing of our components in Talamona Diaphragm line. You will be part of a collaborative team that complete operation according to manufacturing router, instructions and schemes, respecting BH quality pillars.

As an Operator Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and troubleshooting production machines to ensure reliability, safety and delivery
• Performing and recording measurements during manufacturing and inspection process to ensure information is documented
• Assisting with activities and projects to ensure successful completion
• Following operational, security and safety polices to ensure internal company compliance

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have proven experience of operating machining equipment such as mills.
• Be eligible for Apprenticeship contract
• Demonstrate excellent experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Have a proficient understanding of IT such as using Microsoft Office packages
• Be a team player and display good communication skills
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
• Show good analytical skills and an aptitude for problem solving
