Join Deutsche Bank, BLIS (Banking, Lending and Investment Solution) Team in Milan.  The position in supporting Revenue Generating Senior Members and entails responsibilities that extend beyond traditional PA activities. The role encompasses compliance-related coordination, governance support and regulatory documentation management, which are essential for the smooth functioning of the business.

Key responsibilities

  • Regulatory Governance Coordination:
    • Ensuring timely attestation of the Inducement Register and Conflict of Interest Register, which are mandatory for regulatory adherence.
    • Organizing agendas and materials for local governance forums, such as BDM, Executive Committee, Investment Committee and Investment Solutions Forums.
  • Policy & Documentation Oversight:
    • Monitoring local policies and ensuring the timely renewal of required supporting documents in line with regulatory and compliance standards
  • Operational & Facility Management:
    • Acting as the CRES focal point for building facilities management, ensuring seamless operational support for MDs and their teams.
  • Approval & Recertification Management:
    • Managing the trip approval process, ensuring compliance with internal travel policies and budgetary guidelines.
    • Overseeing recertification processes, ensuring adherence to internal controls and governance frameworks.
    • Monitor employee attendance and absence with “Assenze&Presenze” tool;
    • Helping with Navigator, dbAccessGate and other certification and recertification processes;
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
    • Serving as the liaison between local business and Central COO functions, ensuring timely and accurate feedback on relevant operational and governance matters
  • Organizational Activities
    • Organizing meetings: coordinating with relevant stakeholders to find mutually available times and scheduling meetings, both internal and external and coordiantion with Intl PA’s in case of Global Country Visits, and catering management;
    • Calendar management: keeping track of appointments, send invitations, avoid scheduling conflicts, prioritize important meetings, manage attendance and rescheduling;
    • Handling invoicing of expenses: assisting with the preparation and processing of invoices and managing payments or reimbursements;

Skills required: 

  • fluent in Italian and English (both spoken and written)
  • confidentiality: handling sensitive company information with discretion and security;
